All dry good's are shipped via UPS. This store gets live shipping rate quotes from UPS based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You will be given a choice of UPS shipping methods and the applicable pricing during the checkout procedure.

Live Animals -

All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy if shipped next day air. however, we are not responsible for carrier mishandling or delays, or for animals shipped into zones that are under 35 F, or over 95 F. any losses must be reported within 12 hours of receiving shipment. Any D.O.A."s must be frozen and shipped back to us at the customers expense for proper credit.

Our live stock shipping procedure is the safest and most efficient for animal travel. We have over 12 years experience in shipping animals across the continental United States and abroad.


We package every animal in a specially designed, insulated, shipping box exclusively made for animal shipping. Each specially designed box is made to accommodate UPS shipping.
In addition, during increment weather conditions, we use special heating/cooling pads to maintain a consistent temperature for each animal.
